They are responsible for fumbles and snaps out of the back of the end zone? They don't coach our guys not to do that stuff??? frick, fire them then. You nailed it

It's just unbelievable how little football that diehard football fans understand.

Coaches lose, players win. 90% of football fans have zero idea what they are even looking at.

Its true coaches can't run the ball, catch the ball, or tackle.

I will say this though, a Kirby Smart coached team does not lose this game. (I used Smart as a comparison due to both being in their second year)

We lost because...

1. shite field position all game. Mostly made by the inability to run the ball early. Buried inside the 10 SEVERAL times and couldn't run the ball to get out of it. And no, throw deep!!! When you are buried is not a strong strategy.

2. Turnovers. 3 for us. Zero for them. Afore mentioned field position. Dug out twice early and lose the ball on fumbles.

3. Penalties. Some deserved, some not. Awful start on the first drive. Acy call was absolutely brutal.

4. They have a really good punter. He buried us every opportunity he got.

What's wrong there?

Just for clarity, Witter fumbled on a play that started on our 28.

He did. That drive started inside our own 10, like most of them.

Like I said, digging out of poor field position and fumble on a first down run. Turns into a TD. Could have started to open the offense up a bit after that run, but not with the ball ending up in a Texas players hands in our endzone.

So 18 yards is a significant drive. No wonder I don’t understand stuff you post.

Never threatened deep in first half, so even quick sideline passes were contested.

Rountree was much more effective than Witter even from deep in Mizzou territory, yet tje coaches stuck with trading off every other possession.

Where was the over the middle pass to Albert O?

Why not use 4 wides to put pressure on a suspect secondary. They probably respond by playing way off.

The Texas LB didnt need to run lateral all game. Pitches to Witter or Johnson makes them defend the edges.

Why was JJ running a quick pace offense when the offense wasnt producing. It just put the defense in the field quicker, and with their athleticism they weren't affected.

Why is Lock doing "superman" when Mizzou is still losing. He got mocked by their team and HC. Mizzou looked stupid.

Yes, digging out of your own 10 is significant. You don't understand that? How?

You don't understand how play calling changes when you aren't backed up to your own endzone? How?

You watch a lot of football right? You don't grasp field position and its importance? How?

Witter doesn't fumble, you have the ball 1st and 10 other t around the 30 and can run the stuff you want to run down 14-7 with all the momentum.

Instead, its 21-7 and you are receiving a kickoff. You don't understand the significance of that play? Again, how?

This is all very obvious and simple.

Goodbye Micheal Thompson!!! We only got 1 out of the 10 Missouri 10!
Man, you need to quit defending BO. That was a bad game by the coaches and players because if they would have won you would have given BO the credit.

But we were gonna stomp Texas. The only reason we didn’t is because our players suck.

Nope.

We didn't play a single game this year with anywhere near that poor of a starting position. Look it up. You are wrong.

Coaches don't "throw deep!!!!" From inside their own 10. Let's try to develop just a touch of understanding here.

You don't keep running into a brick wall over and over, either.

Finley didn’t have to throw deep backed up. But could have at least called some intermediate throws to Albert O or someone else.
