Kiffin? I thought he is going to Arkansas? Brian Harsin is not a good fit and is a west coast guy!

Dude, spit that weak shite at someone that doesn't know what they are watching. That 2013 roster was fricking loaded with skill and defensive talent. Marquis Lee, Nelson Agholor, Tre Madden, Antwuan Woods, George Farmer, Steven Mitchell, Randall Telfer, Javorius Allen, Anthony Sarao, Hayes Pullard, George Uko, Delvin Simmons........Do I need to go on? What is missing from that list? Olinemen. Dominant defensive line play negates playmakers. It's what is hindering his team in Boca right now. Now he is going to the strongest division in CFB in the best line of scrimmage league in the country and it's a great hire? C'mon man, don't be brainless.

I'm still onboard for Clark and will add Harsin, both are still in play.

You tell me AD Sterk is going to get someone to be a better football coach than Barry Odom that will not be another BO 2.0? Why aren't any coaches calling for an interview that is on the list people have out for Mizzou?
Something is wrong here and I am now seeing why Barry Odom was hired because there was no one else better.

Instead of Pancho and Lefty it's Jesus and Lefty. Willie Nelson might write a song about you two someday.

I've decided Jesus is here so the rest of us can feel smart. He's taking one for the team

He does really trash the board up though

The fact that you think something that happened almost a decade ago when he was in his mid 30s has any bearing on what will happen now is hilarious.

It’s cool, you don’t understand how this works. It’s way more than sitting around with a whistle around your neck.

He’s going to bring momentum to that job and he’s going to hire a great staff. It’s a great hire for them. They could have hired a guy like Clawson and been the most disciplined 6-6 team in the country but there is more to it than that.

You are saying Mizzou will get someone worthy?! Why isn't it happening now! Why the wait? What is holding up the hiring or interviewing? The longer this drag out the worst it will be.

As long as it isn't Joey Hotdog Water, I don't care who it is.

I'll forget more about what determines the onfield product than you will ever hope to know.

Based on what? His dad being Monte Kiffin?

For those of you like me who don't know all the names being thrown out.

LINK

I hope Arky hires Kiffin. He has been a clown in one way or another at every stop in his career. (To his credit, he has been a little bit quieter at his latest stop)

And it will give us a few more years of an easier win to wrap up the season. With the money the Hogs have spent on their last couple of coaches, I'm guessing they won't have the funds to make another coach go bye bye early.

correct me if im wrong, but it seems like he did all of his clowning when he was in his mid 30s. He seems much improved as a coach and a human.

Sterk has his guy. He'll let us know in another week or so.

He's probably been too busy to let you know ahead of time, Lefty.

BO was the only person that would take the job at the lowball offer. Matt Campbell would have taken the job but Rhoades keyed in on Matt Rhule. He did offer the job to Campbell but it was for peanuts.

BO took the job after he was the last one remaining. He was on the previous staff and they hamstrung him, with who he could keep from GP times. They made him hire a DC bc he was just going to keep calling the plays.

What got him fired was that no one really improved from year to year to year in his program. His teams were highly undisciplined, they were not prepared and his in game adjustments were non existent. he was an average at best at recruiting. Hes teams started slow and would go on long losing streaks. after 4 years, he was 25-25 losing sec record and 2-19 against winning teams.

Lane Kiffen is a better coach and a better recruiter
