That is not good but we cannot keep going down for lesser head coaches like Barry Odom.

Steven Godfrey of Banner Society reported that Sterk has talked to Willie Fritz and that is scary. He is close to that program.

Not surprising if true. At least they asked.

Hopefully he's talking to everyone and will take the best he can get. We likely won't know who turned him down but we know we've been turned down by at least Campbell, Ruhle, and now Norvell I guess(and Hermann wouldn't even talk to us (thank God)).

I'm warming up to the idea of Harsin. I hope they are trying. At least he can turn us down too

Arkansas getting over on us once again

They’ll now have Musselman and Kiffin and we’ll have Cuonzo and whatever dildo we end up hiring.

Yay...

LOL, we’ll see. I know this, he’ll improve their recruiting, bring national recognition to their program and energize the fanbase. It’s a great hire.

Arkansas has to convince their fan base they care about football. They needed a splash hire worse than we did. I think this is a colossal mistake for them. Lane isn’t an SEC W coach. I think he’ll get owned.

If he’s 2-5 or 3-6 In the SEC in year 2 or 3, what do the Arky fans think?

Their offensive line play will erode from already being garbage and he will get tired of getting hammered in 3 years, leaving them worse than when he got there.

He couldn't succeed at what was a top 3 recruiting local and you think he is going to get it done at Arkansas?

Lol.

I like the hire - for Arky. It should be entertaining as hell - for us. and we get to compare our hires head to head (so I hope someone decent says yes to us).

Can't wait to hear what the buyout is. Morris is 10M. Arky might wind up bankrupting themselves. but then again they just refused to pay bert

I am now looking more and more frustrated to why didn't AD let BO fire his OC and that would not be so bad. Since Defense was not the problem. Texas and South Carolina are doing just that.
Sterk should have checked the coaches out first before firing Barry Odom. Reason is I am looking Mizzou is not getting someone that is going to be better than Odom and the fans will be happy with the hire. Please tell me he is not going to blow it!
