Exactly. Moving to the SEC was a fresh start for both programs, and expectations around both programs elevated because of the move. Having JFF helped raise A&M's profile as well. I think our mediocre first year served as a catalyst for last year. there's more of a level playing field in the SEC than we had in the Big 12-I felt like UT, OU, and Kansas worked to keep us as just a good program. Orange Bowl snub is one case in point. And you can't beat the exposure and prestige of playing and competing in the SEC.

Wow that's great. But according to the Rant Mizzou don't bring anything to the SEC. Well Mizzou made the SEC Title game, nationally ranked, bringing in viewers (#8 in the nation). That's great.

This game sucked so I checked out the blog. They must have seen your thread. LOL. We were mentioned twice today, but neither time was that flattering. They started a post about defenses being down with "Blame Missouri, rabble bullshite". In a post about what they have learned so far, they give some back handed compliments about how we may not be as bad as they thought we would be. SEC blog blows goats.
