I'm sure most of you have seen the news by now, but I feel bad for the guy - amazing talent plagued by injury.

It's the same knee he tore in college right? I feel so bad for him. Such a fantastic athlete, and a great guy. Fantastic representative for Mizzou. Hope he heals well. I have faith in him.

Have to say though, Danario struggled more with injuries than Jeremy.

Always hate it for talented players that can't stay healthy or catch a break.

Reminds me of Greg Childs, tore his ACL junior year, was never the same senior year. Went from possible 1st round pick to 5th round, then tears both patella tendons in training camp with Vikings.

Both of them? Ouch!

Jeremy tore his ACL his freshman year at Mizzou and redshirted. He had surgery - and came back better than before, faster and stronger. Then he played 2 years for us and went to the Eagles in the 1st round. He's had a few injuries as a pro, but nothing that kept him out for a season or anything. Now he's torn the same knee again. I hate that for any athlete, but especially the ones that are good guys and not tPOS.

Sucks. I remember seeing his story about how he grew up. Seems like an awesome guy and he's an incredible athlete

ESPN isn't helping his case. They noted he hasn't played a full season yet due to injuries in the article about the ACL tear.

This is the last year of his rookie contract and he was in line for a nice raise if he would have
had a decent season.

Someone's going to get him at a discount now.

ESPN never helps anyone from Mizzou. They hate us.

And yes, Jeremy had a really rough upbringing - similar to Michael Oher in many ways. I really hate this for him.

Maybe it could lead to him coming back home to St. Louis. Would absolutely love that.

Andy Reid. Kansas City.

Can't help but think we at least have a chance at getting him. He is familiar with Andy and we could really use some WR help, unless Baldwin finally has a breakout year. Even then, he offers something different from what Bowe and Baldwin offer. I would love to see him come here.

This is awful news not only for Mizzou fans but all football fans J-mac is a real talent and a real class act. it is more than a shame that he is out for this whole year. It's bad for mizzou the eagles chip kelly himself and football as a whole. He has done alot for the sport and gives back so much time talent and money to youth and charities.

Is it the ACL and the MCL? I know its the same knee he has had been having problems with. I sure hope this does not end his career/ change the type of player he is. He was so entertaining to watch on the field.
