Hope Bryant isn't spending that NFL money.

How does he miss those throws with 8 seconds in the pocket?

Almost 1/3 of the way through the season. Seen enough to say I'm not a fan.

He is a good college QB, but as far as coming to Mizzou so Dooley could groom him for the NFL, I dont see it.

He can't throw and beat Cover 2 in the NFL. That media answer was essentially coach speak.

He's never been a good college QB. Average sure. Was a very poor passer at Clemson and lost the job because of it.

First time I've ever seen his name and NFL mentioned other than maybe a switch to WR to try and make a roster.

If Lock can make it to the League there's hope for anybody.

Lock was 10 times better with his arm than Bryant. By his senior year, he was a lot smarter than Bryant too. Now if you said Gabbert, I'd be all on board.

Jesus Christ

Dude was excellent in the first 3 games.

Recovered after a rough start. He’s a good QB

Yup, he had his first bad game IMO. I think he would be an excellent back-up NFL qb. This was also a decent SC defense.

Didn’t even really have a bad game. Just a really bad start. Recovered nicely and ran the ball really well

Glad to see you can be objective on the matter.

Lock will play and start in the NFL imo. Kid has amazing arm talent.

Gabbert wasn’t good at Parkway West, MIzzou or the NFL. Looked good in a uniform though...

Is it already time for the annual Mizzou fan "let's hate on the QB" thread.

Yup, bench Bryant and put in Powell.

Well that’s not true. He threw for 3000 plus yards twice and led a 10 win season and two bowls.

He didn't win any bowl games and made some bad mistakes in said bowl games. Hell even Mauk looked good in a bowl game against Minnesota.

I doubt Bryant even gets a look in the NFL. UDFA is his ceiling

He'd be the best UDFA fwiw. I like the kid's motor, Mizzou as a whole except maybe Kale Garrett, doesn't have that.

Through first 4 games

Bryant 82/126 65% 1,025 yards 8td 3 int 149 rtg
Lock 101/161 62% 1283 yards 11tds 1 int 159 rtg

Bryant hasn't been all world, but hes been what we thought he would be. Which is a good thing.

You guys are taking this thread WAY OFF BASE! I never questioned him being a good college qb.

Supposedly he chose Mizzou because Dooley would have an offense to showcase his talent for a possible NFL career at QB. I'm saying, I dont see NFL traits. He is more Franklin than Lock.
