It’s pretty hard to be optimistic about the football hire when you realize that Sterk paid good money to hire Cuonzo

That’s a nice story, but not close to what happened. Though I get it you hate Odom so are emotional enough to believe anything

Is there something that I am not seeing as to why the AD haven't hired anyone yet?

I don’t hate Odom. He failed. You were wrong. Move on.

The real story is Odom met with Sterk the Wednesday after the Florida. Which was right after Sterk had his non statement statement.

Odom told Sterk he didn’t feel like he was getting enough support. Sterk told him tough. That was the end of Odom at Mizzou, even if he had corrected things and won the last 2 games. Odom relayed Sterk’s message to his staff.

Odom never went to university leadership.

OK Lefty. Let's try to get this through to you:

3 days ago, Sterk said he'd have a coach hired in one and a half weeks to two weeks.

1 & 1/2 weeks equals 10.5 days.

2 weeks equals 14 days.

It's now been 3 days since Sterk said that.

If he said 2 weeks, why are you shitting yourself after 3 days?

Patience, my man. Have a drink. Maybe get a BJ. Something, something to help you calm down.

The sun will rise on the morrow.

I’m not sure how this story is different other than timing.

Roughly the same facts, but one has Barry taking the initiative to go ask for a show of support, which makes us think after the OLePiss game when he had leverage, and which makes us think that's why they tanked after that game.
The other has Barry reacting to a lack of support after the season was well on it's way to tanking and being told to getouttahere. It leaves the reason for tanking after the OlePiss game unanswered

There’s literally no way he was being fired for losing the Florida game. He fricked himself.

If we hire Willie Fritz firing Odom was the most worthless decision in history.

Odom should have never went to the staff with that, but Sterk comes off looking like a idiot if that’s true.
