I rather watch a this team predicted to finish near the bottom of the conference than a football team that was predicted to compete for the division championship with a weak schedule.

Looks like Michigan St. just lost their 2nd game against a Virginia Tech team that shot 3's all over them tonight.

Calm down Odom Jr.

Awful.

Tilmon - 0 points
Mark Smith - 3 points

One side had a coach and the other side had a defensive coach who hasn’t landed the recruits. That Butler cat can coach.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Butler makes some noise this year. That’s a well-constructed team with a lot of balance, some good shooters and a great defense.

Mark Smith - 1-6 for 3 points

Watson and Pickett might as well have stayed in Columbia

I really don’t care what you’d rather watch.

50 points in 40 minutes of basketball fricking sucks and offensive struggles are pretty much a Cuonzo staple at this point.

That's why I was asking the other night if it was the team that looked good or because of the opponent. I've got a feeling of a team that racks up stats against teams like SEMO to make them look better than they are and then can't compete against teams with a pulse.

We’ve played two legitimate opponents and scored 51 and 52 points in regulation

Horrendous

They can finally get the ball inside and can't hit a 3 for the world.

Tilmon is a liability on the floor. Hate to say it, but he can't defend...at this point he is afraid of fouling...can't rebound, afraid of fouling...can't score, afraid of fouling. This team needs to go small and run with it. We don't really feed the bigs anyway.

I have never watched a team, who has the ball late in a game and a chance to win, piss away more games than this program.

That Florida game, where they handed them a win, when we had last shot was the epitome of this teams will to not win a close game late.

Tilman absolute non factor...mark Smith was terrible...missed three consecutive front ends late with a chance to get the game close...agreed though...this offense is frustrating and ugly to watch.

It's becoming apparent Tilmon is simply not going to figure it out. Waste of a supposed great amount of talent.

You would think an inside presence would open things up for this offense quite a bit with M. Smith and Watson on the outside and D. Smith, Brown, and Jackson attacking from midrange in. Of course, that would hinge on M Smith and Watson starting to make some shots.

I mean what is he supposed to do? That second foul was a terrible call and takes him out of the game.

He gets 1.5 fouls/gm based on reputation. If he bodied Butler’s center like that guy bodied him, he would’ve fouled out in 5 minutes.

I firmly believe there is a bulletin board somewhere that referees post on that has Tillman listed as a guy that the refs need to make sure he gets four fouls a game

Tilmon does his most fouling when hes the only big in. Might have to play nikko and tilmon at the same time in the first half.

Have Tilmon guard the 4 rather than the 5. he'll match up more times than not with a smaller player who wont try to body him up.
