Yeah, he is definitely putting together a tough, physical team, and I like it. I hope he has gotten past most of his growing pains as a HC. His game management and preparation will show through if he has. I'm starting to like his recruiting too, and like Pinkel, he can identify and develop hidden gems.
For me, it's still too early to say he has arrived. We have had 3 impressive wins in Purdue, Florida, and Tenner. I say early just because of the fact he has never been a HC at this level, so we probably will experience more growing pains with him.
For now though, good win yesterday and let's close the season out on a high note.

BO will win me over when he starts 2019 hot instead of ice cold during conference play.

2019 has a backloaded conference schedule, so he has a good shot at starting the year better.

So, we’ll finish the year 8-4. Good chance at 9 wins with the way we are playing regardless of bowl opponent. I hope we get a ranked team and can show what kind of team we actually have.
He’s almost certainly getting an extension. Is everyone on bird with that, and what do folks think it will look like. Bump his base pay and bump the asst pool? We’ll probably lose a couple asst in the offseason, so it would be nice to have a bit more money to replace them.

He’s earned a raise.
I’d give him at least a 10%-15% raise in his base and bump up his incentives.
Which assistants do you think we’d lose?

I would hand Brad Davis and Brick Haley blank checks.
there is a good possibility that Miles may try to lure Haley to Lawrence as his defensive coordinator.

Hill (fired)
Finley
Davis

All possibilities

I heard that he tried to fire Hill last year and wasn’t allowed to so he just moved Andy’s office as far away from him as he could.
Having said that, it’s probably time for Hill to move on or retire.

Mizzou needs to do everything possible to keep Finley, Davis and Haley

Not on the wagon yet, still too many on field discipline problems, odd calls, confusion in the red zone. But it appears progress is being made. Interior line play on both sides of the ball has been the best feature of this team.
Next year, will tell all.
Incentivized pay, and certainly increase funds available for assistants. A serious look at defensive backfield coaching seems warranted.

I doubt they’ll fire Hill because of his recruiting in KC. Find a position where he can retire with a little bit of recruiting when needed
I’d love to see them get Brock Olivo to coach special teams(currently ST assitant for the Chicago Bears). He and Odom are old friends and he could nake a difference using the knowledge he got from Dave Taub in Kc

I would rather BO bring in a QB coach to replace Hill.

His inability to connect with and land local skill talent cost him his job. AJ Taylor and Jafar Armstrong are offensive center pieces for Sconnie and ND. Babb, Brown, and Haskins had no desire to play for Hill.

Promote McGee to QB coach and let Dooley be OC.

Why would Sterk stop him from firing Hill? That makes no sense. Especially if the team didnt have a good season it would have cost BO his job.

And not have a dedicated ST coach?
That’s possible I guess, but I think Dooley is doing a good job in his current role

Yea it’s been rumored since March that Odom wanted to move on from Hill, but wasn’t allowed
