Last year Memphis lost to UCF in overtime and could have won that game. UCF kicked Auburn butt up and down the field regardless of the score and Auburn destroyed Mizzou. Memphis lost the big-time wr Miller to the NFL who broke all of Isaac Bruce records. Their defense stunk, but their offense was a scoring machine. Remember Middle Tennessee St. offense.

If Mizzou's defense plays average we should(could) win.

Memphis also lost Ferguson at QB, he was awesome in their offense threw for 4,257 yards and 38 TDs.

Playing Memphis the week after playing Alabama is the worst part of the schedule.

It would have been much better if the Purdue and Memphis games were switched.

Yeah. I’m more concerned about mental preparation and attitude for the Purdue and Memphis games. I think we should beat both. But that doesn’t mean we will.

Sixth game. Count me as someone who can’t stand the Tu’a hype. Dude has that slow Tebow lefty windup.

A lot to ask for with this D, but I hope he gets slammed.

Purdue lost most of their defensive two deep and their entire front 4.

I also thought Heupel's play calling was suspect in that game considering what their hybrid front is designed to do. They had coverage mismatches with the TE and not one throw went at the seam. They also ran outside zone repeatedly which plays into the spill of their scheme.

As a Mizzou fan I am always worried about games we should win.

Last year:
Purdue
Kentucky
Texas

16
Middle Tennessee
Probably Georgia

15
UK
Vandy
Probably Georgia

14
Indiana

13
South Carolina

12
Vandy
Syracuse

07
Losing the Big 12 championship game to Oklahoma

The Iowa and Oregon State bowl games

It think it happens almost every year in Basketball

Why? Offensively we're nationally legit even with a new OC and while defensively it's still TBD, I think we have the right personnel to run the D both Waters and BO wants......but it's still TBD.

I think you are undervalued at 33

and I stand by what I said earlier

at least 8 wins, but 9 looks realistic

Honestly hope you win 11 regular season games
