If he isn't mobile, sticking him out there to get contained and crushed would be a poor decision by the staff. I'd hope they are smarter than that.

Completely agree. I actually liked how Powell took command. Didn't have numbers to back it up, but seemed ready to go.

Edit:I blame the staff for putting him out there. It isn't much different than what Pinkel did with Gabbert in 2009. It just makes the DCs job easier. Should Powell have been playing? IMO yes. Is he a better option if both are healthy? frick no.

Lol. Think he would say anything less than 100% to the media? Before getting hit low his depth adjusted accuracy was second to Burrow in the conference.

Oh boy.....and geez....we can agree top disagree but KB is NOT a good passer outside 10 yds and is a bad manager of the game.....he also makes Maty Mauk type decisions.
TBH I wish he was the 2nd coming......if he was just an average QB we'd be undefeated.

His average yds per completed pass is 13.1 yds. That's 3rd in the conference. He is hurt and it has clearly impacted his play the last two weeks. Your take is uneducated at best.
