Mizzou gets a commitment from Brett Le Blanc the #4 rated Long Snapper. He will be a PWO

quote:

Le Blanc is currently rated as a five-star prospect and the No. 4 long snapper in the country by Kohl's Professional Camps, one of the top sources for specialist recruits such as kickers, punters and long snappers in the country.

What I am guessing is there are some good talents to get but are in wait and see approach. That is why I said win at least 8 games and the team is much better than last year on defense and offense. Odom failed to get it done and that is why he was fired after went backwards and made zero progress with the team. That probably scared away some good talents.
I have faith in Drinkwitz to get the team to be competitive and win 8 games or more this year.

I'm glad to finally know why Odom was fired. I wrongly suspected it had something to do with his bald head.

Hope this thread can stay active, it's been pretty quiet on the recruiting front. Cayden Green is committing tomorrow, seems like he's leaning OU.

Cayden Green to OU, and we did not make the top 7 for Samuel MPemba. Anyone starting to get slightly concerned for this class? Obviously it’s still early

Bummed about MPemba. He’s been on campus a few times. Still obviously time left and I’m sure the staff won’t stop putting in work, but still a huge bummer.

Drinkwitz got to focus on winning at least 8 regular games this year. That is one way to get top recruits to give him a chance to get some top in-state recruits.

I’m not a drink apologist, but why would we think either of these two’s process is over? With Nil, its like ebay, you don’t make your best offer until close to the auction deadline. In December.

Not saying it’s over. Just signals that it’s clearly an uphill climb to be even considered.

Do you understand what drive recruits to a school? Winning is one way to get it done. Drinkwitz need to show he isn't going to be like Odom. That is why I am saying winning at least 8 regular season games. Also have the team show improvements on the offense and the defense. I have faith that Drinkwitz should get the team to win at least 8 games this year.

Drinkwitz needs lock him down.

Marvin Burks Jr. is narrowing down his recruitment after picking up 35 scholarship offers. On Monday, the blue-chip safety named LSU, Mizzou, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Oklahoma as his top 5 teams.

Interesting, all predictions for him were going to K State earlier in the month, but a couple CBs have come in today predicting him to MU (including a K State Insider). Certainly a good sign
