If Jeffcoat has legit NFL talent, then we should actively welcome him back. First, it helps the defense, second it helps the program when he gets drafted. Don't give that credibility to Memphis or Purdue.

Flying from CoMo to STL? Seriously? Maybe he's catching a connecting flight.
I’m pretty sure he always flies to KC or STL. I imagine you’d never find anyone to take the job if they had to take 70 regularly

I guess. I wonder how much actual time is saved making that flight as opposed to driving?

Between an hour and an hour and a 1/2

Probably preferred walk on.

Kid can throw it. But he is a statue. Doesn't throw alot of interceptions, even in HS. Listed at 165lbs as a senior in HS, wow. I like the arm, hate the mobility.

Jeffcoat would start for us as currently constructed so you absolutely welcome him back if that’s on the table.

I would take Jeffcoat back in a second.
That said, Joe Moore needs to gain weight.

I would take him back. Just don't see him wanting to come back.

Left the team 2019 and Drinkwitz talked him into coming back in 2020. It’s not about money so we have a chance.
Could Odom of been part of the reason he left the 1st time?

It really doesn’t matter if we bring him back or not, but regardless we need another starter quality DE. That position could really hold back what is otherwise a VERY good defense

All these guys are about the same size. They might need to put on a few lb’s. Wesolak definitely needs to put on about 25 unless he moves to LB.
Johnny Walker 6’3” 244
Arden Walker 6’2’ 252
DJ Coleman 6’5” 263
Wesolak 6’4” 236
Moore 6’3” 245

Pretty sure DJ did move to LB

I think so too. He wants to play OLB. He tweeted last Spring that he was going to play LB.
I wonder if he wasn’t high on Mizzou early in recruiting because he was being recruited as a DE and he wanted to be a LB. Then legal issues didn’t give him a lot of options so he came to Mizzou.

Wesolak is at LB. Coleman has exhausted his eligibility.

Is wesolak a good fit at LB in Bakers defense? I could see his size in a 3-4 defense as a OLB, but he seems a bit heavy for Baker's 4-2-5.
