Daniel Blood is slot receiver that looks like he can be explosive. He looks better than a low 3*
He plays on the #5 ranked team in Louisiana and #2 ranked team in his class. Their closest game was 35-14.
In Destrehan’s last game they rushed for 312 yards and passed for 44 yards on 8 passes and 4 completions. One pass to Blood for a 38 yard TD.
Blood probably doesn’t get a lot of touches, because of how good their rushing game is. 3 teammates going to Tulane and 1 to Colorado State.

Has anyone seen Jamal Roberts play. I’ve watched some of his hudl and he looks good.
It looks like has good acceleration and breaks a lot tackles.
My friends nephew plays for Lamar and I think I’m going Friday to watch them in the State Championship. Might stay and watch some of the St. Mary’s and St. Dominic game.

I only saw him in one game.
He was pretty impressive against Hillsboro who had a D1 linebacker recruit. Ran for 200+ yards.

It feels like none of these recruits even matter since you have to re-recruit them after their first year with the new transfer portal rules.

If we get Leary, does Horn stay? I mean. Leary would definitely be superior competition and an upgrade over Cook for sure. It’d make Horn really want it if he wants to start. Or he just focused on baseball.
Wease has size and experience. Not many catches but looking at his averages, looks like a legit big play guy.

Leary only has one year of eligibility left…Would set up nicely to get Horn some looks in some blow outs and have him ready to be the man in ‘24. You take Leary all day, and mix in Horn wherever you can. If Horn is as advertised he can go to draft after ‘24 and you got Gabarri in waiting…easier said than done in this day and age
