I’m thinking it is probably a player for the defense. Wouldn’t expect an offensive commit until a new oc is selected right? With that being said I think it could be someone from the kc area.

Edit: not that’s it means anything but an hour or two ago Gabe retweeted a Foster tweet from back in February of a Mizzou edit. ???????

Isn't Daniel Carson from KC? He did once ask Mizzou not to recruit him.

Just east of kc. I tried looking to see if any 247 predictions have changed today but couldn’t find anything of note. Not saying it is but Michael Thompson is a shoe that could drop.

Carson is from Independence, 15 mins from the stadiums in KC.

I know those things don’t mean much always, but I was surprised to see Carson second team all state.

Parker was DPOY in Missouri, for comparison.

I would assume this is where not having Heupel is going to hurt us.

Why hasn't Mizzou made Dallas Craddieth a priority? He just keeps moving up the Rivals rankings. We'll probably at the limit now.

Gabe is also speculating that Foster is gone too.

I'd think Heupel will try to get him.

Milton is only a sophomore. Foster also has offers from Arizona, LSU, Kentucky and Jimbo offered him at FSU.

I doubt UCF will be in play for him.

Staff just isn't very high on him. Never even got an official offer.

As for QB recruiting. It's not the end of the world if we don't take one this year, but it would make getting the heir apparent extremely crucial in the next cycle.

If Lock heads to NFL, the emphasis will be on getting a quality grad transfer.

You always want to have a QB in your class, but not at all costs.

Time and time again, we have succeeded by having the next heir apparent QB as a FR or RSFR, while our SR QB plays his final season.
