Yes

Lots of evidence that Black has enrolled at Mizzou for the spring. Big pickup, hopefully can inject a lot of instant offense. If Heupel can help Lock to play like he's capable of, and we can find a competent OL we could possibly make a little noise next season.

We are going to be alright. I don't expect 10 wins next year but we should be much improved. That will go a long way into making strides with the '17 class.

JQ, usually I agree with you, but I gotta say I expect 10 wins. I just can't understate the total and absolute frick job Ricker and Hensen perpetrated on the team. I think the team had little direction as the coaches knew they wouldn't be retained, with Kul being the exception. And still with all that the team was competitive. I believe we are more talented than ever, the addition of Heupal was masterful, Hill is back with the WRs, so they will actually run routes again and block down field. We win the East again.

ok. I'm good with that.

I hope we're still treating Albert Okwuegbunam well. I dont want to lose him.

I guess we could take both Okwuegbunam and Scales as TEs. seems like we have other needs but any news would be good this week.

Both could also play DE. Scales was originally offered as a DE back in the spring/summer.

We didn't take a TE last year so I don't have a problem taking 2 this class. At least if they're worth it.

Has anyone actually seen Scales play? I've seen him play hoops and thought he was soft on the basketball court. Just am having a heckuva time seeing him as a football player. Obviously Bama and Mizzou say I'm wrong and I'd go with them. I'm just not sold until I see it.

Says something about the in state talent this year when this is the list of "Big in state recruit." Can't wait until the focus becomes 2017.

I was looking at the PD slideshow of the top talent in Missouri football, and couldn't believe you had to get into the top half (of 30) for D1 offers to start showing up.

Cale Garrett, a 3* LB/H-back from Kearney MO flipped from Navy to Mizzou.
