I couldn't tell if he was having trouble getting off blocks or he was just waiting for the play to go by then pursue using his speed. I didn't see him go through or around any blocks but I didn't watch the whole video either. Still ecstatic to get him.

Simms would be another good get. It's part of the direction they are going. I'd like to see more big men on the oline like this.

Saw that PM has info on 2017 5* OL Wyatt Davis and mentioned he is a legacy. His dad is Duane Davis and I think played WR at Mizzou in '82. His father is Packer legend Willie Davis and brother of OL david Davis at Cal Berkley.
Do we have any shot with him? I'm sure he could start as a true freshman. I doubt that the one season his dad played will give him strong feelings about us, but we can hope.

Kids like Davis(highly regarded or rated) that are not in our tri-state region seem to like to play for the blue-bloods.

I doubt the kid leaves California for Mizzou, but I read his dad was very positive about Mizzou, but was leaving the decision to his son. At least his dad isn't like the Elliots.

Odom is kicking arse recruiting already.Heard on KTRG tonight some Rock M Nation writer that thinks Odom will pursue more 4 and 5 star recruits than Pinkel did.

I just hope they're more aggressive with early offers on obvious kids. Simms was known about since Taylor committed but we slow played an offer and nearly cost us

May have misread something, but I was under the impression all of the coaching staff had to agree the recruit was a good fit until he was offered under Pinkel regime.

Odom. This hire is starting to make me feel abit better. At least we have good recruits committing and not leaving like Georgia. They just had a 4*QB decommit. They think he may go to the UofM after Richt. But our recruiting expert Odom is now following him on Twitter.
