Because you wanted him fired without getting a chance. Most of the people you are speaking of are really people that wanted stans gone. We are finally seeing the benefit and can have a real program.
Ray was croom jr, the clean up guy. Howland is Merlins.

I think it's more that nobody thought we'd be able to get someone the caliber of Howland.
At least for me, that's why I was ok if Ray got 1 more year.
I really believe that if we canned Ray we'd just end up with another 4th or 5th option and certainly nobody even close to Howland's level

Yeah that ifyouonlyknew guy on Elitedawgs said that we like Herard the most now. He seems to be pretty on point with his basketball recruiting stuff.
