I enjoy Quiznos when I need a colon cleanse.

They put 8 gallons of sauce on everything. It's gross. The only fast food sub place that I like is Firehouse.

Is it called halfway house because it's in between the cotton district and the mainstreet bars?

Sounds legit
I've never thought about that, prolly cause the only time I went there was 10 in the a.m. on kush and proceeded to have an irish car bomb contest with 3 old friends.

That was always my thought.
I have grabbed dinner and some beers at Halfway before because they have a lot of TV's to watch. Good place to catch a bunch of games that are on.
My mom didn't go in the game this past weekend and went up to Halfway House to watch it. She enjoyed it.

So I'll be in Starkville on Wednesday night before thanksgiving. Should I eat at this beer garden place?

I lived there for like 5 months... Does David (think that's his name) still manage that place ?

Don't tell Req that, he will end you.
On second thought, maybe this will bring him back?

I'm not gonna lie, Quiznos chicken carbonara with chipotle southwestern sauce is my favorite sub sandwich from any joint ever...

Those guys at that Quiznos are top notch. I only went every once in a while when we had a chance and they knew my order without me even speaking

They still had it when I was there. They were my bros

Firehouse is good, but Jimmy John's is the best

lol
I don't get the appeal of ordering a coldcut sub. If I'm going to eat coldcuts I'll just make them myself at home, if I'm paying for one I want something hot and of substance, like the firehouse ones that are similar to philly cheese steaks

I don't really enjoy chicken that doesn't taste like chicken

I'm a complete fool. All I ever thought about was the halfway house between prison and regular people life.

ETA: The owner of Halfway House is a cool guy. I've known him for a few years. He can get wild and will straight throw down with the best of them.
Also, he added that he would help me if I chose to pursue reopening State Theatre.
