Here's the issue. Currently UW has 2 higher ranked RBs committed. That's not a huge issue, but UW is really thinking they will land Mixon. That is now an issue.
With Mixon comes Mama, the top OG in the country. Both were scheduled to visit there, but the asian crash caused their flight to be canceled. That has put Williams in limbo. If you are UW, you want the top OG and the #4 RB if you can land them.

They have an 89 3* RB committed and a 78 2* fullback committed. Nice try Darkhorse.

Deal is RB and is bigger than Tolutau.
Tolutau is RB (even per his bio on 247). YEP they might convert him to a fullback. Guess what, they are even talking about moving him to LB as he grows. Moreover, as I stated, those 2 are not really a huge issue. So why are you trying to make one out of them?

The reason they sited as decommitting was because a former coach is the one that lied to them. They have scheduled multiple visits in the fall and want to talk to Mullen about the situation and they still love State. I highly doubt they end up at FSU.
With that said, these kids are in the class of 2016, soooooo
