It doesn't effect Alexander, but it does effect Sills.
If we miss out on Alexander we take Sills. If we hit with Alexander I highly doubt we take Sills

This commit today sealed Sills fate. I don't know wtf Darkhorse is talking about. But I really never do.

And that is without determining where Gray and Wells will play.

Pretty much, unless we miss on the twins

I hope so. He could prob get some pt this fall. For whatever reason, a lot of people "in the know" are saying we may be projecting him as a CB.

Gray will be at Slot WR, here is no question about it. Go watch his highlight video. Also, Shump will be a RB.

Good gawd, can you be more of an azz???
I'm simply saying the same situation that was in play prior to this commit is still in play. Sills or the twins.

Looks like Townsend is off to a pretty good start on the recruiting trail. Here's what Cleveland had to say about him tonight:
quote:
"We have already clicked on a lot of things and our talks have been great," said Cleveland of Townsend. "We clicked right away. He's been there and done that (in the NFL) and he knows what it takes to get there."

Is that 2 time Super Bowl champion Deshea Townsend you are speaking of?

If you want to base an argument on visits then that is fine, bc Cleveland hasn't officially or unofficially visited anyone.
Basing it off of our coaching staff's CB ratings. Our board has 1. Alexander 2. Cleveland 3. Sills. We likely want 2 CBs out of that group and we now have Cleveland. If we miss on Alexander we would likely take Sills unless there is someone at a different position we want more that fills up our spots. And Cleveland has 11 offers (granted most of those are to non-BCS conference schools) and didn't need to take visits since he's been committed to GT for 6 months. However, after the DB coach at GT left he was more open to listening to us. All I'm trying to do is refute this attitude that we are somehow taking "bottom of the barrel" type prospects. That simply isn't the case.
