He's getting pretty out of control. By the contents of his posts, it's almost like as though it's a compulsion which he wishes he could control, but simply can't. 
I think he needs to go cold turkey. Maybe he can be assisted with this...

There's no need for the insults. I agree that a few of his threads were pointless and that he likes to rustle jimmies, but he should still be treated like an adult.

Yeah, um... given the rate at which he posts literally every thought which enters his empty fricking head, it's a pretty fair assumption that the reason he stopped posting was because he wasn't given a choice.
