Requesting clarification of "spam" RA category

If I'm reading the terms of service correctly, even though it's not explicitly defined, "spam" seems to pertain to spam as flagged by e-mail services. (i.e. solicitations, adware, phishing, nigerian prince, etc.)
What should best be used to request oversight for users that "spam the board" with the same topics or only respond with the same phrase again and again?

I think both definitions work. I’d prefer “spam” to be more of the former. Someone linking their shitty blog or trying to sell passports. For something like your OP, I would go with “no longer needed”. I see that come through and I assume it’s something unnecessary, unneeded, or just annoying. It could also be a poster going ape shite nuts and posting tons of threads because they’re melting.
I look at every RA that comes in so it doesn’t really matter what the category is to me. Inappropriate material comes in a bit different than the others but that’s it.
When I see an RA I try to determine the context, the OP, their team affiliation, the topic, the troll target, etc. and make a determination. I don’t blindly delete anything just because. I’d prefer this place to be the SEC Rant and not Lew’s Rant. With that being said I am a bit trigger happy with anything UGA- related but I try to maintain a healthy balance. MsGarrison still being able to post should be a huge indicator.

Posting texas cant lose? to me that’s ridiculous, you can tell someone to kill themselves or state that an sec coaches wife is doing sexually acts on players but you cannot type “texas can’t lose?
Is it for changing his logo to texas? Hundreds of posters do this on the rant for different schools every season for the same reason

Mostly this.
He's not the only poster to ever do this but the most prominent and frequent. I won't call out any others because I don't want to see them banned.
I blame people abusing the RA function.
