As Requiem has pointed out, every MSU poster who used that avi had our privileges taken. We understand why, just wondering how long the judgement would be. Thanks for responding Chicken

To be honest, we were trolling a specific poster, because he's a douchebag. He's been banned 2 or 3 times for being just that.
I think what we did was within the rules. He posted that pic multiple times on his own, and I took it and shopped it. It doesn't even have his face. Just his arms...
He did get all bent out of shape, so it was worth it either way.

I figured since he posted the pics himself on the OT, they were fair game. His faced was even shopped to try and be respectful. The picture was not obtained through any kind of treachery or debauchery

If using someone's picture without permission as your avatar is against the rules then, 90% of people on the board should lose their privileges. I have people using some images I created as their avatars that they took from desktops I made, but I'm not gonna RA.
