I didn't post there so Jefferson will have to elaborate, but I believe GATA was his "main" name. I think there were at least 6 or 7 offshoots of that though, and in the past 6 months or so on the GA Board on here there's reason to believe there's been at least 5 or 6 more alters, all by the same person.
I didnt' know the backstory until I aksed last week, but apparently this guy was always a little nutty. Then the board (old dawgrant) found out about his restaurant and posted his pic and he frickin lost it (guy looks deranged too, fwiw). At that point he just created alter after alter just overall shitting up the board, and is now doing the same here.

I faintly remember something like that happening on the old DR (I used to post there), but I didn't follow it closely. I only posted when I was bored.

Who? There was a poster that used to post on the UGA board like a year ago that did that and has not returned. I vouch for him every reinstatement thread but to no avail.
