Pretty sure he's Tidesatchel, who was a cancer to the board and was banned for it.
The same posting style, the use of the emoticon (which isn't even an emotion on this site), and the constant use of "21-0"s, even when irrelevant to the discussion, back up this theory.

Well, in fairness, I occasionally use emoticons which aren't part of the site...
Though, it would help if some of the emoticons weren't hosted on places like Imageshack.

Right click the emoticon, copy the image location, and then paste the URL into the search bar of the SECr.

You have a point. The I use is actually hosted on my Photobucket account... and I almost never use it anyway.
