The class is getting absolutely gutted. I'll be shocked if Lagway signs.

I knew keeping him was a mistake everyone knows he's getting canned midseason. What a dumbass decision to keep him. Our schedule is always hard that is a terrible excuse to delay the inevitable.

Hang on don't disrespect ULM now lol. We finally got an up and coming coach that seems to know what he's doing. (I say we because that's my alma mater)

That's a funny way of spelling Stricklin.

What would have been the upside to firing him after the season? The class would have been gutted if you fired him anyway. At least Lagway is in. He could always leave through portal if Napier is fired next year but at least you have a shot at retaining him now.

Let Napier sink with next year's schedule and give a new guy a better start with the 2025 schedule. If Napier somehow digs out of this hole, then great.

Now that the class was saved by the signing of Lagway and McCray, lets step back from the ledge and see if Napier makes the staff changes needed. During this time, we as fans need to show a little support. The constant negativity won't change anything for the better. Trust the process, not really but everyone needs to holster their pistols.

So let’s hire Jimbo and make it an even bigger clown show.

Look I am not happy about some of the things that has happened under Napier. But until sticklin and the UAA and people like Hal get out of the way then nothing will change

one of our biggest dumbass bullgator boosters Gary condron said that he would stop giving to the program if we hired Lane or Urban because he didn’t think they were “nice “ people and won’t stroke his ego like Napier does for him and Hal

That tells the whole story smh

I am all for supporting Napier next year, but if it becomes apparent things aren't getting turned around come October or November, to hope we cut bait. 2024 is the year of cautious optimism for me, where this year I felt like I was recklessly thinking we would make huge strides.

I wish Sasse would go ahead and make some moves on the Stricklin now though so we are ready to move fast if things aren't working out. I honestly think an AD move would be huge for the entire athletic program. Let Sasse go after a few top candidates who refuse to come in with Foley's crew still running things and hopefully that will initiate some larger, more productive conversations about the UAA.

We cut bait with Zook after he went 23-14. Napper is 11-12 . You think he’s going to get 23 wins before he gets 14 loses? I don’t. We were dying to see Zook go, Billy is worse.

It goes above the HC.

If that stays the same I feel it wont matter who we hire. Todays CFB is an arms race and they already said we're not participating. All we can do is hope we hire a great Xs n Os guy who can put up points with avg talent hoping to have a 10 win season here n there.

lane begged for the job in 2021 and the uaa and all the Disney gators refused to even give his agent a call back

Now look
Ole miss is a better program than us!

You better have a really good QB and WRs to pull off 10 wins in the new SEC if your overall talent isn't near the best teams. Ole Miss now is the best to hope for if you don't compete big time in the arms race. Someone like Napier will crash without top overall talent imo.

Who doesn’t? Last I checked even the big dogs like Kirby and Nick need top talent to win as well.
Lane has never beat Nick.

Ole Miss with the limits they have have been doing great. Napier with Ole Miss's resources probably goes 4-8 instead of 11-2.

I think The UAA and boosters hate the fans.

They say the fans don't give enough.

The fans fill that stadium every fricking Saturday night in the fall arexthey all sell outs of course not.
90000 are not going to go see Florida beat the citadel
But on an sec Saturday or for FSU OR Miami for sure that Stadium is sold out.

So the fans fricking do there part. It's the UAA and people like Hal who screw up the whole ordea.
