Check this out...

I've been thinking a lot about the game yesterday and what it meant for the future of both programs. I think it probably was a serious setback for Fl3rida and we're set up for a long run over them. Honestly, TN may be a bigger long term threat to us.

Georgia feels like people who love to talk about football but have no idea how it works.

2021 Florida will have 3 Quarterbacks who are built for the system and people don't realize that Trask is a top 10 QB in spite of not starting for 7 years and not even fitting the system he's playing in.

This offense is going to be so scary that we won't care what our defense is doing.

I'm not saying all, obviously, and I want to clarify:

There are some good dogs who actually stick around when they lose, who know x's and o's and who are good to talk about football with.

Then there are bandwagon dogs who don't say a peep during the two weeks leading up to the game but are suddenly flooding the forum. All fanbases have them, but the sheer volume of Georgia "fans" who disappear when the times get tough is unrivaled outside of maybe LSU.

You at least come to talk football, which is a breath of fresh air, but the rest are far more concerned with trolling (when they're winning).

I'm just messing with you. Each fan base has less knowledgeable fans

Of course, I had a caveat with that in there: All teams have 'em, it just seems Georgia has a whole lot more of them.

You can't say you didn't notice a stark absence of Georgia fans for the two weeks leading up to the Florida game.

I don't know if it was a bandwagon thing or not. Most of us weren't as confident about the game after the way they played the last few weeks.

I did notice an uptick in UF fans I haven't seen around very much if at all though

I guarantee the core are still on there talking that shite.

We got a few fans that I haven't seen in a while but it definitely wasn't like the first half of the season for the Dogs.

Tons of posters, threads all day every day -- vanished outside of that one fake dog RatRod or whatever his name is.

Finch what did you expect on the dawg board? Lots of love and kisses for Gators??? Duh ???

As I stated on a previous thread...SEC teams not named Vandy eat their young after a loss. Not worried about dawgs reactions...not even our "fans" reactions...its a kneejerk reaction after a few days to simmer down they regain their wits.

Of course we are disappointed in a poor showing but the sun comes up tomorrow and we can achieve a lot. Dawgs have to win 2 out of three SEC games to clinch the east.

My biggest beef is that the dawg board doesn't freely accept Gators on their board....only a handful who they consider a mild mannered Gator.

Don't know how many rivals from other teams we have allowed access to our board but I bet its too many.

That's like going to a gay bar to see what the latest fashion trends are.

Yall do the same thing, hoss. I don't see a bunch of rival fans on here. As much as you complain about it you'd think there were more rivals than Gator fans on here.

I like to think that Gator fans have thicker skin than most other fans. Maybe I'm wrong about that. Not sure why we need to try and be like other boards. We can do our own thing.
