Come on D

You want us to try to get a QB from Incarnate Word.

Please everyone needs to calm down Billy Will Salvage this Class as whole in February.

But if your expecting him to salvage it by Wednesday your just not being realistic.

Lsu is not going to be much better then us on Wednesday

I could see him being an 800 yard receiver in the Tennessee offense if he is going there. 600 in this messy season wasn't too bad.

Did I say I wanted him? No

I posted his stats and said Billy just followed him on social media, so their May be some interest there.

That’s all I said

Does Napier ever tap into the Juco level. Gonna need about 10 portal guys, 10 high schoolers, and 5 jucos just to have something to build upon.

Honestly, we shouldn’t play this game.

Let the players who want to play do so. Experience is never a bad thing, even bad ones.

Its crazy we are getting this many that soon. Hopefully he starts convincing them to stay so we can be competitive the next 2 years.

Sorry, I’ve been on the road all day. Just trying to share info from other boards. These aren’t my opinions and I am not claiming to have an inside guy, simply trying to share among Gator Nation.

“I am told that Napier and his current coaches basically want everyone who is hitting the portal or who has already hit the portal to stay at UF. Napier et al are scheduling face to face meetings with the players starting today. In fact, Diabate is meeting with Toney right now. Napier has been texting the potential portal peeps directly to set up these meetings. Despite that, I still expect Diabate to put his name in the portal. That does not mean that he will leave. I think Diabate will do his own research about the type of D that the Gators will run next year and his likely role. Napier wants these players to do the research and make an informed decision.

Also, there is some risk with the players hitting the portal. If a player hits the portal and then decides that he wants to stay put, it can be costly for the player in terms of loss of benefits (if the coach wanted to send a signal) which gets complicated.”

**Edit** this was put out before the announcement of Diabate.

With all the transfers and opt outs. which I'm sure more are to come

Will there be enough players to travel to Tampa for a Sold out Gasparilla bowl probably the first time in this bowls history it's been a sell out.

It’s probably gonna be pretty ugly for us. UCF will treat this like the super bowl and come prepared and locked in. It’s our own fault. Florida should always have enough talent to win this game on talent alone. I don’t think we have enough.

Copelands not much of a loss. Just a pretty average receiver for us.

“-Coming into the weekend, Florida edge rusher transfer Khris Bogle was telling people that he liked Michigan State and Kentucky. I think this weekend's official visit swung the pendulum back in the direction of UK following the early buzz post-transfer announcement. I do not think you will hear official word from Virginia Tech wide receiver transfer Tayvion Robinson or any transfer until after signing day Wednesday though. Bogle may not be the only former Gator to end up in Lexington but that is all we will say on that topic right now. I will say, in total, Kentucky hosted 14 official visitors last week, including transfers; a big push for the coaching staff just days before signing day.

-I think Kentucky made a very good impression on Covington (Ga.) Eastside interior offensive lineman Jalen Farmer. Farmer, a Florida commitment, has stated that he does not anticipate signing in December. If a decision were made to today, I think the Wildcats would be in a very good position. However, if he waits until February, then Auburn and Florida will continue pushing for him, potentially land official visits and then it is anyone's guess again. From a high school perspective, I have said that it is essentially Farmer or bust in terms of who UK adds at the offensive line position.”

Bogle/Copeland to UK confirmed?
