I think Oregon de-commit Emar'rion Winston is an edge rusher that Napier is recruiting.

Well, he was better at pulling 5 star talent from the portal than he was from high schools, so relatively speaking, he was better at the portal.

Billy Napier has now taken 3 players from ULL to UF. #1 OIL transfer portal prospect O’Cyrus Torrence, #6 RB transfer portal prospect Montrell Johnson, and #3 OT portal prospect Kamryn Waites. All have above a composite .90 transfer player ranking or higher.
