Gator Fans - Are we in agreement?

Some of us wrote off Coach Muschamp after last season. Some were 100% behind him, some were, wait and see how this year turns out.
Are we all in agreement that the Tennessee game in 2 weeks will be the uniting game for the Gator Nation in determining Coach Muschamp's future support at UF?
I was in the wait to see how this year turns out camp, but after Saturday I believe that if we do not show major improvement against Tennessee that we need to make a change, thoughts? Go Gators

I still feel sorry for Roper. He took a gamble, and might lose cause of it.
Muschamp just doesn't have it, what ever "it" is I don't know.

I think we beat UT just because we have 2 weeks to prepare but we get killed vs LSU. Tennessee is not the water mark LSU, MIzzou,South Carolina and Georgia are and I don't see us beating any of them.

Muschamp is already a dead man walking, unless he can miraculously turn this team around and pull off a bunch of upsets this year.

Muschamp just doesn't have it, this is true. And I think the "It" is the experience. Calling a game is really, really hard when you have the likes of Spurrier, Richt (I know, I know), Saban, Les Miles, Dan Mullen -- you have got to be a smart guy.
Muschamp ain't that guy.
Just think about this: Kentucky hadn't won an SEC game in 2 years.
Stoops got the best recruiting class they've ever had.
He's never been a head coach.
And almost beat 3rd/4th year head coach Muschamp.
At home.
With inferior talent.
In fact, Muschamp's been schooled several times by teams lacking the physicality and talent to hang with us.

I think that if he loses to TN, he'll lose whatever he has left of the fan base. How that translates over to the people who with the checks, no idea?
That being said, he blows out UGA and FSU somehow this year, and I'm not sure he gets fired. What I'd really like to not see is for us to drop to TN and a huge chunk of fans pulling for us to lose from then on in hopes of securing a firing.
I'm not in Gainesville anymore, so I have no idea what is going on in the admin this year. However, I did last year. Unless something changed massively, I don't think anyone should feel that pulling for a mediocre team this year will sway the people who matter to keeping a coach who keeps heading mediocre teams.

If UF loses to TN, WM will lose my support and probably most of his other supporters.

I said in the beginning of the year this will be y'all's most important game of the season. Most people assumed y'all would start the season 3-1 (even though Saturday was a litle rough).
Beat Tennessee and I think it propels you to a win over a very beatable LSU. That would put y'all at 5-1 and everything to play for the rest of the year.
Lose to Tennessee and Boom loses the fanbase and the team. A loss here will send the program in a downward spiral that he won't be able to pull out of.

This. Every streak but the KY would have been killed by Boom. The KY streak was about to be killed.
I'm not bailing out for losing to the #2 team in the country but we still look lost on offense.
I'm completely off the JD train though. He just doesn't have it. Can't read defenses. Doesn't sense the blitz. Won't or can't run any longer. It's not a good situation to be in right now.

If Boom is going to stake his job on this kid at this point without at least giving a change a chance, then he pretty much is answering his own question.

Our entire team is lost.
Special Teams aside from punting is horrendous.
Offense is rattled easily.
And the defense gave up 651 yards of offense to Alabama.
Muschamp has pretty much gone ahead and destroyed our team for a good 2 to 3 years.

TOTALLY disagree...what makes you think those teams are all that? LSU has good DL with no depth, RBs with no pass game...QB issues up the ying yang...very beatable in the Swamp...Mizzou? The team that just lost to Indiana?, USC will lose another SEC game probably before they play us and even if they don't...they are average at best...ditto UGA with great RBs but QB and WR issues up the wazzou. Our defense excels against the run.

These were all the same going into Tuscaloosa. Granted I was prepared for a loss but we should have dominated against Bama in these areas and didn't even come close.

One big difference hoss...we are playing LSU, Mizzou and USC in the Swamp. The UGA series has to turn...cant stand losing to them.
Watch games closely and you will see that Bama abandoned the run game quick after we stuffed them time and again in the first three quarters. They were losing yds frequently when we tackled their backs in the backfield. Bamas run game was pretty good until they played us. Our pass defense was totally disppointing and I know Keanu Neal, Jabari Gorman, Brian Poole and others are being coached up right now.

Gorman needs to ride the pine. He's been Rickerson bad.

Gorman was possibly the worst player on defense.

Honestly, no. He needs to fricking go. Now. So does the entire coaching staff except for maybe Roper. He should have been fired the second the clock hit zero vs. Georgia Southern and I don't know what is going on with Foley because he wasn't so patient with Zook.
A team like us that has 4 and 5 star recruits lining up to play for us should never ever ever finish a season with 4 wins. It is embarrassing. Our offense has been a complete fricking trainwreck for the past 4 years and we just gave up 450 yards through the air even though every game we play I hear announcers saying we have "the best cornerback in the country" in Hargreaves and a "First Round pick" in Fowler.
I mean jesus. How much more of this shite do we have to take?
Posted on 9/29/14 at 3:06 pm to broeho
Hargreaves is a top CB.
Fowler probably will be a 1st rd guy.
What's your point?
Slow your melt.

Hargreaves has been a great corner but the coaching staff is making him play way to much zone imo. They should just tell him "hey thats their best receiver right there, you on him all game, shut him down".

Neither of those guys are as good as we keep hearing. Very good college players, sure... but I need to see something they do on the field that really pops out before I heap them with praise like that.
I especially don't understand the hype around Fowler. Again, good college player, but I have a tough time saying anything more than that. His career high in sacks is 3.5?
A team with an elite pass rusher and the best corner in the country does not give up six hundred and whatever yards to anyone (mostly through the air mind you).
At some point you have to adjust your opinions to what you see on the field. So far I've seen us get picked apart by Kentucky and Alabama.
