Are we actaully getting an OC or not?

According to Gary Condron, we went from "definitely" getting one when the vote of confidence being released to "90% sure" that we were

There have been several people "supposedly " in the know that say we are getting a new OC

We will see!!!!

If it isn't Kade or Kerwin then Matt will be crying if it is then UF fans will be crying because neither one will be a good hire for Napier

What did I do to you?

Are that much of a Billy lover that you can't see the lack of an OC is the glaring weakness in our program?

So, It looks like Napier is reneging on his agreement to hire an OC to call plays? If there ever was an agreement. I don't know whether to believe anything that comes out of Stricklin's office.

I truly wish him the best and want the program to be successful, but with move Napier has no cover, if the play calling sucks and the team doesn't win because of it, what happens is all on him.

Go Gators.

I am beginning to think folks making sports decisions at the top levels of the SEC and the member schools have no clue what actually drives the fans.

Now that Napier has confirmed that he will continue to call plays next season, let's talk about the positives of that decision.

1) If it doesn't work, bye bye it was nice knowing you
2) Watching the game, I will always know what the next play will be.
(downside, so will the DC of the other team the Gators are playing)
3) Lagway will make some incredible plays to make up for poor play calls.
4) If the defense is improved, they can hold the other team to less than the 21 points per game that the offense will average.
5) Defense wins championships (in the 1950's)

Article from Hail Florida Hail about how predictable Napier's play calling is.
Hell, I sit on the couch and call the next play, and I'm not paid $1MM to figure it out.

Lagway making chicken salad out of chicken shite will be the only way Napier saves his job.
