A good win but these starting guards have to break their shooting slump on 3s for us to be an elite team.

Golden has morphed the basketball team again, to fit the players. I don't agree with him on everything he does, but he has reasons that make sense when he does things. He is turning this team into a half court big 10 style team. I hate that style, but it fits the team. Without dynamic guards we have to become a team that plays dominantly in the paint and forces the game there. He is still working on our defense, but I think we will become a really good defensive team before the season is over. Defending and rebounding is going to be the style of play for these guys this season, so I am going to have to get used to it.
Georgia is #1 in the NCAA in points per game and we held them to their season low. I think if Boogie and Xavian can keep evolving into better team defenders, we may just have a chance to make some noise this season after all.

Big win over TN. We can beat anyone when our starting guards are able to hit some 3s. The rebounding was great also.

Boogie showed he is all in to me by cutting the dreds like Walter did. He had a great game and it really starts with his defense. As he continues to feel more comfortable in his role on defense it will lead to more and better opportunities for him on offense as well.
Great game by him today and I think the team will continue to mesh together as the season progresses.

These boys are rolling, let’s keep the momentum tomorrow against a tough vandy team, I wish they were undefeated. Going to be tough but think the boys can kill them on the glass and get the W.

Our coach is very, very good at adjusting shite. Not set on a specific gameplan he must have every year. He adjust..which is what great coaches usually do.
