You had a great recruiter and DC on staff when your friend went to the pros, and instead of promoting him to DC you brought in a fkn Child!
Bateman’s defense at Army with cadet level talent his last 3 yrs gave up less than 21 pts on average. They took OU to fkn overtime, I remember that game as the one where I wanted him as DC, then NC snatched him up and Mack wouldn’t let him coach.

Not sure what your argument is? Name one part of our defense that didn't suck last year. Line was terrible no pass rush couldn't stop the run, line backers were slow and couldn't cover a tight end if their lives depended on it and defensive backs were poor in coverage and blew assignments several times a game. 3 coaches gone on defense is a good start.

That's fair enough but the Gators defense sucked last year and he was a defensive coach. I believe that they all should be replaced but I guess that is up to foley, the uaa and the disney gators.

Rumor has it that Bateman told Napier he was going to a team meeting this morning when the A&M news broke. Apparently, if this is true, Napier had no clue until it was announced.
