UF hosted their first JR day this past Saturday.
Aubrey Solomon named UF his early leader. So did TE Tre McKitty and CB Latavious Brini.

Big positions of need - DT, TE, and maybe corner. Outside of that, UF just needs to bring in a balanced class. They will also need a punter I guess.

Numbers will be limited, unless we see some attrition this Spring. Hopefully they can make enough room for a class of 25.

Doubt we spend a scholly on a punter....usually get walk ons for that.
2017 will be a crucial time to get defensive players in the fold and I expect at least a couple of JUCO defensive guys to be added.

We need 4-5 LBers too. McMillan is SR. Davis is a SR. Alex is injury prone and Rolin is not that good. That leaves Rayshad and these LBers in this class.

OL and DL. You can't win consistently if you can't run and stop the run. I loved the 2016 class minus the trench players.

Count me in as a "trench warfare kind of guy...skill players don't win games honestly...they sell seats and make it more interesting to lose...but you have to have OL & DL to win and keep your W/Ls in proper prospective. All the 5 star QBs dont do you any good if they are on their backsides.
OL we are ok right now...I like seeing 3 star OL develop and learn their craft with a mixture of elite recruits. DL we are heading to a dangerous curve in the road and the the bridge is washed out. Must get some talented DTs and I mean real run stuffers.
We should be ok if we can just get back on track in 2017 and add some JUCO help to bridge the gap.
