My game would be a cross something like a cross between grand theft auto/Skyrim/far cry. An open world type game but set in Vietnam during the thick of the war 68-69. You are a draftee and it starts off in “basic training” where you’d be able to fully customize your character (his name/the way they look) you’d then be brought over there all clean shaven. Once you’re there you’d be able to change the uniform, grow your hair out, write stuff on your helmet.
The objecting of the game would be like far cry where there are different regions of the large open word map that are controlled by the nva. In those area and even areas you control.. when you go off the beaten path there are enemy patrols you’d encounter. You’d even be able to go on patrol with people at the base camp. There would be side missions like there are in Skyrim. It would Have a drug and alcohol element. Also, while walking around there would be random villages filled with civilians and hidden enemy.
I would play the shite out of that game

I'd want a survival horror game with the same engine as GTA 5.
Cars run out of gas, people need food and water, ammunition, weapons, medicine, sex etc. are all forms of currency and neccessary.
You can rob other survivors, kill them, befriend them, form groups etc.
Wish GTA would just make a DLC sorta like undead nightmare with rdr

I wonder if it’s a little late to have a ASOIAF game. Obviously I’d hope not. But the scale would be massive and it would be a very bold game if done right and would take ages to finish. Maybe if it’s already in production, but I would hope they would announce it soon if so.

Love this idea and would definitely play it. Vietnam era needs more love and not in the black ops way. I'm talking Battlefield Bad Company Vietnam but with open world, customization, and story telling like you described.

A sequel or prequel to Dragon's Dogma.
Keep the pawn system. Keep the combat and abilities system.
But add several new beginning classes of playable characters and pawns, a system of more technical sub-classes for each main class, many more side quests, "actions and consequences" both good and bad that actually feel like they affect the overall story line like in Witcher 3, and a much more expansive world with more diverse climates, terrains and area specific enemies and the occasional unexpected and random encounter with one of several super bosses that it's impossible to prepare for adequately.
You hear me CAPCOM? Hook a playa up!
