Why does Clayton White have the same salary as Shane Beamer?

Per the state salary query they both make $1,133,000.00.

Beamer's compensation is $2.75 million per year.

Maybe their base salary is the same but Beamer makes more through other incentives/perks/accomplishment thresholds?

We were told Beamer wanted to make less so that he could pay more for great coordinators, but we're still stuck with Satterfield so who the hell knows

Plus the Oline coach, and at this point gotta wonder if the Dline is up to the task.
