From what I can tell, just massive incompetence from the top down in the football program.
Sumlin grossly mishandled what he knew would be a dicey QB situation (a situation that was dicey because of a freshman recruit who was unreasonably full of himself and enabled by his parents). He also threw our one good QB (Allen) under the bus when he was hurt.

Jake Hubenak. He's JUCO transfer who was our 3rd stringer most of this season (saw playing time against Ole Miss and Auburn, if memory serves).

Well, there's also walk-on Conner McQueen (our resident ginger 
) who's listed on the depth chart 
Although I saw some smoke today about Trevor Knight possibly transferring from OU. Idk how true that is tho.
