He wants to play for us and wants a scholarship. It doesn't appear our staff is reciprocating those feelings, given the limited scholarship room we have.
He tweeted this the other day.
It would be nice to have an added offensive weapon like him, but we're pretty set at WR and I'm sure there is concern around his off-field behavior. I think maybe the only way we take him in is if Savion Smith says he wants to come to Carolina and that they're a package deal.
He had his opportunity to play for us and he chose Miami, so oh well.
