Some may have, but that's okay they probably never went to Carolina anyway.
It's pretty tough to just "give up" your school.

I mean it myself. I used to let my emotions run wild after a game. Win or lose. The way I’m looking at this is the fact that clemsux is a South Carolina school with most of its players from our great palmetto state. They crushed the mighty Sabin and his rag arse team. Hell, we scored 35 on clemsux.
No I don’t like clemsux. Back to the point. I wake up and go about my day. I’ll be dead before we ever win a Natty in football so why worry about it.

Clempson list 119 players on their roster ( scholarship and walk on) and show 50 players, or less than half, are from SC. Out of those 50 sc players 6 are coaches sons. So about 44 actual SC players. On the 2 deep , that actually play, it's less than 30% SC players. So it's a misconception to say that most of their players are from SC.
Plus I wouldn't cheer for clempson if they were the only thing stopping us from alien invasion. I would cheer for the damn aliens.

Watching Trump celebrate himself while serving the cheapest possible food to our rivals at a dinner in their honor, while also speculating they wouldn't even prefer decent food if they could have it, eased the sting a bit

One of the reasons I was bummed about not being in DC any longer (for the time being, anyway) was BC I'd have made national news heckling the total and complete frick out of them if I'd been there.
Spice it up and throw collards and chicken legs at them while sacrificing an animal at the campsite of a homeless person and proclaiming it to be the temple of our Lord and Savior Dabo.
Don't think I wouldn't have. None of the locals would've thought anything of it. The taters would have known immediately I was a Gamecock, however.
