I was thinking of reasons why muschamp keeps failing and I came up with a few things.

1. He continually uses the word "organization' when referring to his program. Like he's a CEO of a great company..

2. He doesnt make any attempts whatsoever to be fan friendly because he thinks his "organization's is too important to waste time spending one second on fans.

3. He controls everything that comes out of his "organization'. He muzzles coaches during the season so he knows whats dispersed to the media.

4. He is less than truthful. We all assumed a second gig in the sec would reenergize him and he would learn from mistakes.
He said in his hiring pc that he learned from uf..He then didn't change..

Every point made comes down to one word.."arrogance". muschamp is so bullheaded that he doesnt realize you cant just recruit and then work those recruits into the ground..

Because we are an organization. A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR organization.
That’s not why he fails

Saban is the same.
Tons of coaches are

Once again tons of coaches are.
Many ban their players and coaches from social media during the season

Most coaches are like this as well.
They aren’t going to change their ways because that’s how they’ve been doing it for years.
We saw how it hurt Spurrier. As he got older recruiting became bigger and he did not grow with the times.
I’ve said this before but all coaches are the same, they are looking out for themselves first.
He got this offer and took it. #1 To him is feeding his family and he got a fat contract to do that

Here’s why he failed IMO
He’s not good enough to be a head coach.
We’ve seen it with TONS of coordinators turned coaches.

Saban has earned the right not to be fan friendly but Muschamp should be kissing fans arse right now. You should totally understand that.

I don’t think he’s arrogant
He’s just dumb
When you hear him speak I just don’t feel confident at all.

He’s not a head coach, he’s a coordinator
