I don't see where everyone thinks Kiffin is all that plus if he were hired CG would be down at the football office all day.

Leach tells it like it, but doesn’t necessarily win a ton of games.

And I mean winning percentage
The landscape of the game is changing and we need an offensive mind or at least an innovative offense to win. Of course you need defense too but you’re not going to win games like the 2001 Baltimore Ravens did anymore
Muschamp for some reason has issues with that , his offenses just seem to be cursed
