I still think we'll be 9-3, 10-2 headed into bowl season

Marking the Clemson game as a loss.

A&M looks tough.
Yeah, UK beat UF tonight, but struggled mightily vs CMU just last week at home.

If you look at the rest of the schedule I think we'll had a pretty solid year as long as our team gets its head on straight following this loss. Combine that with the class Muschamp has coming in I think we'll be alright.

eta: I know it's easy to be down and out, but let's not forget that our 2 top rivals are also 2/3 of the top programs in the country going right now. It sucks, I know. The way we kowtowed in the 2nd half sucked, I know. But I truly think we'll be okay this year and going forward.

I agree. Leaning towards 9-3 and praying 10-3 with a bowl win. Steady improvement. Muschamp knows we aren't Florida and will be patient unlike them.

Outside of Clemson who else do we lose to?

I'll give you A&M.

Who's the 4th?

eta: Look real hard into our schedule and how they've performed so far.

Until this crew beats UK, I won't mark it as a potential victory. Ole Miss scares me, too.

Did you watch Clemson’s secondary? SC’s receivers should run wild on them

Monts is a threat to run and can make plays with his feet. If we can't run the ball, Jake will get mauled. Prediction: Jake will get mauled.

Punch me in the nose for this come Nov, but after the TA&M game last night, if we play a perfect game, I think we can bear the tigers.

The issue, and it has been for some time, is our pass blocking is miles ahead of our run blocking

Stop, Bentley is not Mond. He could never dream of making the plays he did vs Clemson

We have one more guaranteed win on the schedule. I think this is a 6-6 team right now.

A perfect game was needed yesterday, and there were a ton of self-inflicted mistakes. I respect what Champ has done here, especially in light of what he inherited, but outside of maybe Arkansas last year, I haven't seen the potential for a perfect game from this staff.

Forget perfection. Let's just see a well-executed game plan, first

Gun to my head:

aTm
UK
Ole Miss
UF
Clemson

But I wouldn't be surprised to see a loss to either of UTK OR Vandy, honestly.

As bad a yesterday was for us, I think you guys are severely overestimating these guys. All 3 have already looked bad vs far inferior teams than UGA.

One more? Who’s that just UT Chattanooga?

Not Marshall too?

This.

Under the assumption the Marshall game get's played, I think we'll be 5-1 going into the A&M game and everyone will start rallying behind the team again.

We got no backs but one who is worth anything, and he did not, inexplicably, play last night.

Jake is losing his nerve. Would not surprise if Hilenski takes his job. I hope not because he he has meant so much to Carolina the past two seasons.

No other way put it, our corners suck.

We should have listened to Florida, Muschump is a defensive coach, period. And he lies, promising a new scheme and delivering nothing.

I'll give you sure losses:

Ole Miss,
Kentucky,
Missouri,
A&M
Clemson,
Georgia(yesterday)

That is 6-6, and get used to it.

We could easily lose all of the following games:

UK
Aggy
Mizzou
Vandy
Ole Miss
Clemson

I think we get Vandy...not sure about the rest.

Vandy has a tough ND road trip before us...Kentucky has Miss State then us....Missouri has a bye week before game at WB, that ain’t good....we are A&M’s fourth straight conference game...only one of those four at home....Tennessee faces Auburn, Alabama, then us on the road....should be able to beat them....Ole Miss has a bye week before hosting us...doesn’t fill me with hope...Florida has Georgia, Mizzou, then us.....and Clemson has a soft ACC schedule then us......yeah, somewhere between 6 and 8 wins this year....maybe 9 with a bowl. We’ve had worse years
