Anyone eat any good food lately?
Made good food? got any recipes?
Going on a trip and will be eating at good restaurants?

Super Bowl is coming up, any good eats on the menu for yours or one you are attending SB party?

Found a bar on two notch rd called Bakers has the best wings in burgers in town. Never would have thought a bar would have food this good. Also recently ate at BJ's Resturant on Harbison, Great food and my buddy said the best beer he has ever had.

It's not just the wings it's the burgers, sandwiches everything. The wings are the huge, full of steroids, ones instead of those organic pigeon wings that Wild Wings cafe has gone to.

I always order to go however, the last Saturday I did this (at 11am) there was a ride by shooting next door and the person shot rolled by me into a telephone pole. I called the cops but did try my terri-hot wings and again they were excellent!

ETA- Its at the corner of Two Notch and parklane/Decker so there are a couple of escape routes.

Been grilling a lot as usual.

Grilled my first prime rib on New Year's that turned out really well. Have grilled a few boston butts recently that were money. Steak and chicken for quicker meals.

Got an knock off instant pot and cookbook for Christmas so trying things out with that.

Will probably grill wings and another meat for the big game.

Having a chili cook off at work tomorrow that I've been meaning to enter for 3 years now.

Went to Outback this last weekend, pretty below average unfortunately.

What say you, IBG ?

I usually roast my prime rib any suggestions on grilling them? Or should I just drop the meat off since you're in Lugoff and I'm in Ridgeway near Hwy 34?

I seared it over the coals and then cooked it indirectly for almost 2hrs until 135 degrees (medium rare). Let it rest and then slice.

The heat does most of the work, I just watch the clock.

Well I've had a number of top Pizza places in the last 3-4 weeks.

Lucali's, Di Fara, Robertas, Best Pizza. All in brooklyn, buddy and I did a little eating tour.
You cannot beat this pizza.

last week had a dinner @ Smith & Wollensky. Best steak I've had... EVER.

This weekend I'm getting a burger at this place:
LINK /

Apparently one of the best in the city.

The food here is just better than anywhere I've ever been.

Even the BBQ places.
There are a number but growing up on it all my life I've really havent been as much since I wanted to try something new.

I’ve heard good things about Bakers but never been brave enough to try it out. Definitely will now.

I'm obsessed with Barstool btw. I want to do a tour of El Pres's greatest spots. I know he gave Di Fara a 9.4, but that Lucali slice looked out of this world. And the guy from Best Pizza is the best Munchies host.

Yea been to all them (well the top big ones he rated)
I agree on all his Brooklyn slices
Think Johns of Bleecker which he claims is the best is just meh
Among all the boroughs Brooklyn has the best
