I tried bleedsgarnet steak cooking methods and the NY Strips I made came out perfect. The wings were great.

Glad everyone had a great superbowl. Mine started off kinda scary. Had some dogs loose I was trying to get back in the pen just to turn around and find that a very large coyote had snuck up on me. I, like a moron, charged him with only a knife. The coyote was the size of a wolf and only backed down 10' at a time until the dogs gave chase. No one got hurt.
Ended the night by having my raccoon bring her babies to see me out on the deck.

Me too! It was the neighbors Australian shepherds I was in the yard with and they didn't even hear the coyote walk up. I have to admit it was gorgeous but the biggest I've ever seen. It wasn't very scared of me at all which that had me worried. The dogs got treats after they helped me run it off.

Yotes normally are assholes.
Growing up had an issue in my town, they were terrorizing neighborhoods.

That and most rushing yards by a WR in a SB

sick to my stomach that Sammy Potkins won a SB

Same, but at least Fenton, Lammons, and Rod Wilson won rings too! Tigers and Gamecocks were all champions this Sunday.

That's one word you normally don't want to see on a food thread.
