I don't really believe Pelini was flown in the meet with Spurrier, but I think theres probably some mutual interest

He knows a lot of the people connected with Gamecock athletics. I remember years back he would post on cockytalk a lot. I'm not sure he still does as frequently, but I remember him posting some recruiting news within the past year.

I have some serious doubts.
I would have heard about it honestly ... but who knows, maybe they are keeping it absolutely so top secret. I just don't know how they would be able to among the people who would know.
I just do not think it happened. I just do not believe Spurrier would even entertain the thought of hiring Pelini. Spurrier does not like Bo Pelini, he doesn't respect him.
