Ramen with Charshu Pork tenderloin, brisket and bok choy. First sort of attempt, didn't make the broth. Saw a box of Ramen broth at Fresh Market and decided to give it a try. Added galic, ginger and mushrooms to the broth and simmered for an hour or so before constructing the bowl. The pork and brisket were good, need a little more work on the broth. Added soft boiled egg, carrot slivers, green onion and some golden mushrooms with the meats and bok choy.

Beef chimi from Zippys. Typically would grab a drink while already out, but it’s entirely too cold to do anything besides rush home.
