I honestly don't see what the big deal is. It's basic biology and sex ed. It's better that they learn it in the classroom that their friends dads porn collection...

Actually, in many cases it is. Many nine and ten year olds are capable of reproducing. Maybe its the hormones in food today, but it happens.
