Uh, Mississippi state beat you to it. We developed NASA’s Loci 20 years ago. We are also one of the top super computer universities In the country.

You sure seem defensive for some reason. 
So we developed the actual technology to get there. Congrats on building a doohickey that's hitching a ride on our rockets.
