He just hit a home run with the Drink hire, he has 2/3rds of his indoor practice field paid for by 2 donors, and Cuonzo is starting to payoff. This would be a really stupid time to leave. If anything it's a bid for salary increase.

He’s killing it here with the Drink hire, the donations, and facilities upgrade. Why would he downgrade his job just for a friend and working with his daughter?

He’s too close to being able to claim victory with his two hires. If Zo can make it to sweet 16 and Drink can win 9, he’s worth a hell of a lot more to a better school than UCF.
